Position Overview

As Chef de Cuisine, you will be the driving force behind the kitchen operations, responsible for day-to-day management, including inventory, ordering, menu execution, and staff leadership. Reporting directly to ownership, you will oversee all culinary activities, lead and mentor the kitchen team, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational expertise, and a passion for innovation and Vietnamese cuisine.
