Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years experience as Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a fine-dining Mediterranean restaurant
• Strong background in New or Modern Mediterranean cuisine
• Proven expertise in menu creation, tasting menus, and seasonal concepts
• Excellent knowledge of Mediterranean ingredients, sourcing, and modern techniques
• Solid experience in food costing, budgeting, and kitchen P&L control
• Strong leadership, training, and team-development skills
• High standards in plating, consistency, and culinary innovation
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
