Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years experience as Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a fine-dining Mediterranean restaurant
- Strong background in New or Modern Mediterranean cuisine
- Proven expertise in menu creation, tasting menus, and seasonal concepts
- Excellent knowledge of Mediterranean ingredients, sourcing, and modern techniques
- Solid experience in food costing, budgeting, and kitchen P&L control
- Strong leadership, training, and team-development skills
- High standards in plating, consistency, and culinary innovation
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
