Job Description

SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES, JAKARTA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:


To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered

  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

  • Diploma Holder or Higher in Food and Beverage production

  • Minimum 02 (two) years of solid/full time work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury property brand or reputable restaurant

  • Extensive all day dining experience, bistro or casual restaurant with high standard of food safety

  • Demonstrate strong initiatives, good interpersonal skill and communication skill

  • Good personality to interact with both guests and colleagues

  • Self starter by demonstrating creativity, flexibility and innovation
