Role Description
To be responsible for all culinary dishes that are prepared in kitchen section. He/She must be organized and able to work in a high-pressure environment. He /She must be reliably to carry out orders handed down to them by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Oversee the dishes are well prepared and cooked according to the specific restaurant standards
Endure clear direction to be given to the chefs in their section of preparing, cooking and presenting dishes by enforcing health and Safety food hygiene standard
Ensure that stock is rotated and controlled within the specific section of the kitchen
Ensure all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines are carefully adhered to
To be responsible for completing place
To be flexible and willing to help the restaurant kitchen at busy times if required
