Role Description

To be responsible for all culinary dishes that are prepared in kitchen section. He/She must be organized and able to work in a high-pressure environment. He /She must be reliably to carry out orders handed down to them by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Oversee the dishes are well prepared and cooked according to the specific restaurant standards
• Endure clear direction to be given to the chefs in their section of preparing, cooking and presenting dishes by enforcing health and Safety food hygiene standard
• Ensure that stock is rotated and controlled within the specific section of the kitchen
• Ensure all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines are carefully adhered to
