Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Mövenpick’s culinary and wellness standards
Oversee banquet kitchen operations and ensure smooth execution of all events and functions
Review and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEO) carefully to ensure accurate preparation and service delivery
Coordinate closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure successful banquet operations
Support the main kitchen operations during non-event periods with flexibility across kitchen sections
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
Train, coach, and support junior kitchen team members
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
