Bonito is a Madrid-inspired cosy restaurant in the heart of Helsinki. Our menu is built around sharing — small plates and big dishes made with carefully selected ingredients sourced straight from Spain. At Bonito, good food, warm service and a relaxed atmosphere go hand in hand.

We are now looking for a part-time Chef de Partie, mainly for mise en place, evening and weekend shifts (though not exclusively).

Your role

As a Chef de Partie, you play an important role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and high-quality food. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing mise en place to support efficient and consistent service
• Running your own section during evening and weekend services
• Preparing and plating dishes according to Bonito's standards
