Chef de Partie / Kitchen
Bonito is a Madrid-inspired cosy restaurant in the heart of Helsinki. Our menu is built around sharing — small plates and big dishes made with carefully selected ingredients sourced straight from Spain. At Bonito, good food, warm service and a relaxed atmosphere go hand in hand.
We are now looking for a part-time Chef de Partie, mainly for mise en place, evening and weekend shifts (though not exclusively).
Your role
As a Chef de Partie, you play an important role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and high-quality food. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparing mise en place to support efficient and consistent service
Running your own section during evening and weekend services
Preparing and plating dishes according to Bonito's standards
Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes
