Chef de Partie

Talbot Hotel Carlow, requires a Chef de Partie for our busy kitchen.

You must have at least 2 years chef work experience for this position.



And experience in professional cookery.



Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:



Cooking food to order,

Helping the head and sous chefs on duty

Help with maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards.



Job located at Talbot Hotel, Graigue, Portlaoise Road, Co. Carlow, Ireland



Full time permanent position.



39 hours per week.



34,000 per annum salary.
