Vine Cafe' is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team in our Medini Johor location. As a CDP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative dishes that delight our customers. This is a full-time position within our vibrant hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Managing the daily operation of the kitchen, including stock control, ordering, and kitchen team supervision
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes
