The Pastry Chef supervises and trains pastry staff, creates menu desserts, ensures food storage and cleanliness meet USPH standards, and maintains equipment functionality. Ideal candidates have experience in upscale restaurants, hotels, cruise ships, or high-volume food service.

The Chef de Partie (CDP) – Pâtisserie is responsible for managing a designated section of the pastry kitchen, ensuring the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, cakes, and other baked goods in accordance with established recipes and standards. The CDP supervises junior pastry staff, maintains food safety standards, and contributes to the smooth operation of the pastry department.
