Joining our Head Chef Dolman and passionate kitchen team, this unique and highly sought after opportunity as an experienced Chef de Partie will see you work in a fast paced kitchen in a bustling and fun venue. You will take responsibility and ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring food is prepared in accordance with standard recipes, and assist other sections and juniors in the kitchen. As our kitchen operates into the early hours of the morning, flexibility and a willingness to work late night shifts are essential.
