BALLYNAHINCH CASTLE HOTEL requires a fully experienced chef for a Chef De Partie for our kitchen.

Working on all sections of the kitchen you will be an important part of the kitchen team.



Must have at least 2 years chef experience for this position and experience or training in kitchen health and hygiene procedures, and professional cookery experience.



Full time permanent position.



39 hours per week.



Euro 34,000 per annum salary.

Other duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the head chef during service.

• Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures

• Preparing dishes to order

• Cooking food to order
