What You'll Do:
Running your section like a pro
Creating beautiful, high-quality plates
Using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Mentoring junior chefs
Keeping things spotless, fast, and flawless
What You Bring:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar
Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
Leadership and time management
