We are looking for an talented and passionate Full Time Chef De Partie to join the PLG team at The Cove in Patterson Lakes. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a designated kitchen section, supervise junior staff, and assist the team with menu development.

 
The Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering one of the most spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes.
The bistro offers contemporary casual dining in a relaxed setting; catering to both the traditional indoor style seating, by the fireplace and an enclosed deck area capturing the view of the marina.
