About the role

Vine Cafe' is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team in our Medini Johor location. As a CDP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative dishes that delight our customers. This is a full-time position within our vibrant hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
2. Managing the daily operation of the kitchen, including stock control, ordering, and kitchen team supervision
3. Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes
4. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
