Job Scope Chef De Partie
Supervise kitchen staff including
oversee and manage kitchen
Organize and prepare the designated kitchen station by ensuring all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment are readily available.
Execute the cooking process for a specific portion of each plated meal, adhering to the prescribed recipes and quality standards.
Assist in various food preparation tasks including marinating, cutting, and precooking ingredients as directed by the head chef or sous chef.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen throughout the shift, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Conduct a comprehensive clean-up of the kitchen area before the restaurant closes, including disposal of waste, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing equipment.
