We are delighted to be recruiting for a chef de partie for our clients exciting new venture located near the famous picturesque Holmfirth, West Yorkshire.

A former Dyehouse is currently undergoing a major refurbishment being transformed into a casual, vibrant and energetic place to be. The Dyehouse will realise the overall vision of the brand delivering a truly unique and inspired Italian offer carefully partnered with local and Italian sourced produce. The brand experience will reflect authenticity, honesty, inclusivity all offered with an educational and interactive experience.

The Brand will become famous for its handmade pasta, pizza, bread, antipasti, pastries, gelato and a complimentary offer of traditional Italian regional dishes and locally crafted produce.
