As Chef de Partie you will work closely with the team of chefs to ensure service times run smoothly. This is a pub that is very busy throughout the year also serving Sunday lunch as well as offering, private and alfresco dining.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining, high volume, fast paced, fresh food property, where you have demonstrated excellent standards. An enthusiastic, hands on chef that is creative, confident and a good team player.
