DUTIES
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.
Requirements

• Must have basic knowlegde of food hygiene procedures.
• Highly experienced in the same capacity preparing meats, poultry, seafood.
• Knowledge of all meats / seafood cuts and preparations.
