DUTIES
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.
Requirements
- Must have basic knowlegde of food hygiene procedures.
- Highly experienced in the same capacity preparing meats, poultry, seafood.
- Knowledge of all meats / seafood cuts and preparations.
