Chef de Partie required for Ivy House Drumcondra

The Ivy House Drumcondra is currently recruiting for a Chef-de-Partie.



The successful candidate will be an important part of our kitchen service in our gastro bar restaurant.



Ala carte menu experience is needed.



Minimum 2 years chef experience required.



The candidate should be passionate about food, have strong communication skills, willingness to learn and develop own skills.



Other requirements include:

• Professional Cookery qualification/catering education

• Full Chef de Partie level experience.

• Experience working on main courses.

• Food Hygiene training/experience.



This position is a full time permanent position.



39 hours per week.



Euro 30,000 per annum salary.
