Chef de Partie required for Marqette, Terminal 1, Dublin Airport, Swords, Co. Dublin



Marqette, the award winning food hall and restaurant in Dublin airport, is seeking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.



Full time permanent position.



39 hours per week.



Must have at least 2 years chef experience.



Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the head and sous chefs during service.

• Food prep before service.

• Working starts and main courses.

• Helping with the training of new junior level chefs.

• Helping in the management of kitchen health and hygiene procedures

• Cooking food to order



Salary per annum 34,000 Euro
