What You'll Do

• Master your assigned station - grill, sauté, pastry, or garnish - and deliver consistency with flair.
• Assist in menu planning, food prep, and plating to meet top-quality standards.
• Ensure freshness, hygiene, and food safety are never compromised.
• Train, guide, and inspire junior chefs to level up their craft.
• Work closely with the Head Chef & Sous Chef to execute new ideas and seasonal creations.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
