Job Description
We are seeking an experienced full-time Chef de Partie to manage a designated kitchen section and support daily operations. You will ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene while working closely with the Head Chef.

- Prepare and cook dishes to restaurant standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Manage mise en place, inventory, and minimise wastage.
- Ensure compliance with SFA food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and whole animal butchery
- Keep your workstation clean, organised, and service-ready.
- Proven experience in a steakhouse, open-fire cooking or similar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- WSQ Food Hygiene Certification (Level 1 or higher).
- Able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
