Chef de Partie

A Chef de Partie position is available at a four star town house hotel which is a busy dining venue serving seasonally changing fresh, modern British dishes and grill specialities in the restaurant . The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and afternoon teas. As a result this Chef de Partie role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Senior Chefs and working with a brigade of 8 Chefs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing hotel company.

Requirements:

CVs will be considered from experienced Commis Chefs or Chef de Parties, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years. A Chef who has the drive and ability to work well under pressure and is a good all rounder.
