Responsibilities

1. Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support efficient meal preparation
2. Prepare and cook grilled meat and Japanese dishes according to restaurant standards
3. Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistency
4. Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and hygiene compliance
5. Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation
6. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer serv

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Chef de partie in a restaurant industry. Experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus
2. Knowledgeable in grilling techniques is an advantage
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
4. with Meat handler certification
