Chef de Section Charges et Aéroélasticité / Head of Loads and Aeroelastics

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team delivering loads and aeroelastics analysis for aircraft development, certification, production support, and in-service operations.
Collaborate with engineering stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless project execution.
Promote cross-functional cooperation, particularly with Chief Engineering teams.
Provide managerial leadership in decision-making and project planning.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
10+ years in the aerospace industry, with at least 5 years focused on loads and aeroelastics.
Experience in one or more aircraft development programs.
Proven experience managing technical teams.
Resourceful and adaptable, able to navigate complex challenges and deliver results.
Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
High personal commitment to delivering expected technical results.
