About the Role

We are looking for an Electronics Assembly Team Lead to assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies while supervising a team of assemblers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electronics assemblers to achieve production targets.
• Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and detailed schematics.
• Install, repair, sand, clean, and bond components using epoxy or hardener.
• Support continuous improvement and efficient workflow within the assembly cell.
