Chef

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef for a Healthcare unit in Kinnegad (3 days per week).

Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of the Kitchen and maintain high standards of food preparation and service.

Can you?

• Prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
• Supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.
• Follow and implement menu cycles on a monthly basis.
• Operate the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a healthcare kitchen.
• In depth knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in high pressure situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities....
