Celuna La Maison, a premium confinement center in the heart of Kuching, Sarawak, is seeking an exceptional Chef to join our talented culinary team. As a full-time Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering our exquisite Chinese-inspired cuisine, contributing to the center's continued success and reputation for excellence.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality Chinese confinement dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail
2. Collaborate with the managers to develop and refine innovative menu items that showcase your culinary expertise
3. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
4. Effectively manage your assigned kitchen station, optimising workflow and efficiency
5. Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their development
