About the position 
In terms of food, Wests New Lambton is home to multiple dining options. With a selection of restaurants, as well as the Wests Food Court offering traditional Club food offerings and modern options including the Bistro and New Beijing to cater for all. Our busy food court now has an opportunity for a Casual Chef to join the team.

Responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all food items across our food outlets and restaurants. Duties will include:

  • Ensure prep sheets are completed
  • Preparation of high quality food during service
  • Assist other sections when required
  • Cleaning of work areas
  • Assist with the set-up and close down of service
  • Ensure food is stored to hygiene standards
  • Ensure appropriate disposal of waste 

    • This position will require availability for split shifts for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
