Job Description

You will play a crucial role in creating the Sommerro experience and our guest promise: We give ENERGY to the city.

The successful candidate will work efficiently alongside the management team as part of a strong and effective department of 60 employees overseeing the operation of our food offerings, including events catering, breakfast, room service and three of our in-house restaurants: 
Ekspedisjonshallen: An all-day dining venue offering a menu of classic brasserie favorites.

Tak & Izakaya: Our Japanese-Nordic restaurant with unique and innovative dishes.

To Søstre: An elegant venue that serves afternoon tea by day and champagne and oysters by night.
