Maria's Coffee Paarl is looking for a talented, energetic Chef to lead our kitchen as we launch an exciting all-day coffee shop and restaurant concept with a strong breakfast focus, artisan bakery, and a vibrant lunch menu.

What We're Looking For

• Formal Chef qualification (essential)
• Minimum 2 years' experience running a kitchen
• Strong breakfast service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven bakery skills including artisan breads, pastries, and baked goods
• Experience with grill and lunch service
• A creative, trend-aware chef who enjoys menu development
• Natural leader with the ability to build and motivate a kitchen team
• Passion for quality, consistency, and presentation
