The Resort Chef is responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and service. This role involves leading the culinary team, curating menus with a focus on local and international cuisines, managing food costs, ensuring hygiene standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for resort guests.
