• Expertise in Japanese cuisine
• Strong leadership skills, creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays

DESCRIPTION:

• Monitor and manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with management to plan and adjust kitchen expenses as necessary
