Georges On Sorrento are seeking a passionate Chef with at least one/two years' hands-on experience able to maintain high efficiency and standards during busy service. They must be a team player, familiar with commercial kitchen rhythm, and hold valid work rights in Australia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, stretch and hand-shape pizza dough/bases; manage fermentation/proofing schedules.
• Prepare pizza sauces and toppings (e.g., San Marzano tomato base, fiore di latte, meats, seafood and vegetables) and maintain mise en place for service.
