This role is integral to supporting our diverse dining venues and ensuring guests are energised for a full day of adventure. Across settings ranging from casual bistros to fine dining restaurants, you will work collaboratively to prepare and deliver high‑quality dishes to exacting standards.
What You'll Do
Oversee food preparationand kitchen staff, coordinating tasks to ensure efficient, cost‑effective, and timely production.
Support the onboarding of new team members by familiarising them with kitchen procedures, transport, and storage practices.
