Position Summary

The Chef Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing exceptional culinary professionals for deployment to luxury cruise ships under MSM's client partners. This role requires a strong culinary background and an understanding of cruise ship operations, ensuring that every selected chef embodies the highest standards of international dining and hospitality excellence.
