About the Role

We are looking for a hands on chef to run daily kitchen operations for Planet Sambal Brand

This role focuses on Indonesian style food with strong sambal based dishes.
You must understand basic Indonesian flavours, cooking methods, and taste balance.

This role is not suitable for chefs with only Western or generic cafe background.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Indonesian style dishes for daily restaurant service
Handle sambal based menus including ayam gepuk ayam goreng and grilled items
Maintain consistency in taste portion and presentation
Follow standard recipes and kitchen SOPs
Control kitchen cleanliness food safety and hygiene
Manage basic kitchen prep and service flow
Work closely with outlet supervisor to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience as restaurant chef or cook
Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and sambal based food
