Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Garden & Grains recipes and standards
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
• Assist with menu development and daily specials when required
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

• Manage prep, stock rotation, and waste reduction

• Work efficiently during service while maintaining attention to detail

• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff (if applicable)
