About the role

As a Chef de Partie (Cold) at T ONE GROUP VENTURES INC', you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional culinary experience to our guests. Working in a busy kitchen environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes that showcase our restaurant's unique culinary identity. This full-time position is based in our Boracay Hotel.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and cook a variety of cold/pastry dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistent flavour and presentation
2. Collaborate with the Head Chef and other members of the culinary team to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes
3. Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work station, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff, helping to develop their skills and techniques
