The role involves managing food preparation, supervising kitchen operations, monitoring stock and food costs, developing menu items, and ensuring compliance with Australian food safety and workplace health and safety requirements. The Chef contributes to the efficient operation of the restaurant by leading kitchen staff, maintaining quality standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
