Key Responsibilities



Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard

Assist with menu planning and development

Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency

Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance

Oversee kitchen operations during service

Manage stock levels and ordering

Support and train kitchen staff



Skills & Experience



Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (or similar)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of modern Australian and Mediterranean cuisines and kitchen operations
