Annual salary range: CAD 101,000 – 126,000 (based on skills, experience, and market).

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage a team of QA engineers.
• Ensure software meets high standards before release.
• Set standards, assign tasks, and inspire the team.
• Mentor the team throughout the development lifecycle.
