Responsibilities
- Prepare and create a variety of high-quality pastries and desserts.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and presentation of dishes.
- Manage and oversee the pastry section operations, including inventory controls and ordering supplies.
- Consistency in taste and quality of all pastries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on pastry techniques and recipes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen
