Chemical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing processes that minimize waste and increase the quality of finished product
• Monitors and test processes and products found in all phases of production
• Develops and implements safety procedures for staff working with hazardous materials
• Designs, plans and implements the layout of manufacturing equipment to optimize production and decrease costs
• Conducting research on new technologies and alternative methods for chemical processes in order to improve efficiency or reduce costs
• Designing and building new chemical manufacturing facilities, including piping and instrumentation diagrams, material flow diagrams, process Flow diagrams, and electrical schematics

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course, BS Chemical Engineering Graduate, License is an advantage
• With at least two (2) years relevant work experience
