Chemical Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance of assigned branches with the Philippine National Standard for drinking water and the Philippine Code of Sanitation.
• Perform on-site water sampling and analysis of water sources and distribution systems in assigned branches.
• Collect, summarize, and analyze water test results from third-party laboratory reports, including the creation of monitoring sheets, tables, and graphs.
• Conduct research and studies based on the results of on-site water sampling and test reports.
• Recommend, implement, and monitor initiative projects, best solutions, and improvement programs to address quality issues.
• Prepare detailed engineering proposals, drawings, roadmaps, and program of works for Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects.
• Prepare Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX) estimates for proposed WTP projects.
