Chemical Line Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate chemical production machines and equipment according to SOPs
• Monitor production processes and record operating data
• Perform in-process checks to ensure correct chemical ratios and specifications
• Handle and mix chemicals safely following safety guidelines
• Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or abnormalities
• Follow safety, health, and environmental (SHE) procedures at all times
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Experience in chemical or manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
