Provide problem resolution leadership for complex systems, and lead the development and improvement of work processes and systems across functions. Research, design, analyze, and perform testing and failure analysis of chemical-based products, including catalysts, substrates, sensors, batteries and fuel cells. Conduct extensive Chemical or Electrochemical Performance Testing to design tests that measure chemical transformation of species, selectivity, electric yield, response to chemical and physical environments in order to determine performance, durability of electrochemically active components. Examine and interpret test data using analysis methods to draw conclusions that influence hardware and controls design decisions and to provide information for computational tools development.
