Job Description
Perform testing and analysis in accordance with the standard/in-house methods and to comply with QA/QC procedures.
To ensure timeliness, precision, and accuracy of analytical results to meet turnaround time.
Effective implementation and maintenance of MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017, SAMM Policy , as well as Group Quality System.
Adhere to group HSE safety procedures.
Ensure that information from the clients is kept strictly confidential and never revealed to third parties.
Ensure all analytical equipment, apparatus, etc., are maintained and calibrated as per the required schedule.
Ensure the root cause of all non-conformities or customer complaints is investigated and identified with appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
To treat the proficiency Testing Programmed or Round Robin seriously and make sure the result obtained is the most accurate and precise.
